Joy is a qualified counsellor with a Bachelor of Counselling and 14 years of experience. She specialises in supporting individuals and couples through challenges such as anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, personal struggles, and fostering personal growth. Joy is passionate about creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to thrive.

John is a registered counsellor with 24 years of experience, specializing in building emotional awareness and resilience through his work with self-esteem. His approach is rooted in the core values of trust, kindness, and empathy, creating a supportive space for personal growth and healing.

I take small steps. They make me feel like I have achieved something which builds my confidence.
