The Centre provides counselling for children, adolescents, adults and couples. Counselling assists individuals to explore and process their feelings in a safe and confidential manner.

 

The goal is to support individuals to heal from trauma and to empower them to work towards personal developments and achieve their goals in life.

 

Counselling includes, but is not limited to, the following processes;

  • Development of therapeutic relationships with clients.

  • Helping clients develop an understanding of and explore possible solutions to personal problems and interpersonal conflicts.

  • Helping them identify goals, make informed decisions, and plan a course of action that reflects their individual interests, abilities, strengths and their mental and emotional needs.
